• Nutritious Meals: Nourishment is a key component of our retreat experience. Our in-house chefs prepare delicious, plant-based meals using locally sourced, organic ingredients. • 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM: Morning Meditation
• 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Light Breakfast
• 9:15 AM – 10:45 AM: Yoga Class
• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Brunch
• 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Snack Time
• 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Yoga Class

Sunday: Departure

• 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Light Breakfast
• 10:00 AM: Check-Out
